1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By downloading, installing, or using the Turbuless app ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, do not use Turbuless.

Turbuless is a turbulence forecast app for commercial flights that provides specialized meteorological information based on data from multiple official sources.

2. SERVICE DESCRIPTION

The forecasts provided by Turbuless are based on:

3. LIMITATIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

3.2 Limitation of Liability

The developer of Turbuless IS NOT RESPONSIBLE for:

• Decisions made based on app information
• Direct or indirect damages from its use
• Flight delays or cancellations
• Financial or material losses
• Discomfort or anxiety related to flying

3.3 Information Accuracy

Although we strive to provide accurate information:

• Weather conditions can change quickly
• Actual conditions may differ from forecasts
• Unforeseen factors may affect turbulence
• The app does not guarantee 100% accuracy

4. PROPER USE

4.1 Permitted Use
